An agency partner sought to build a desktop platform to provide a centralized hub to support a Fortune 100 company’s fledgling Dealer program. Our platform solution engages and motivates dealers to achieve tiered statuses across measurable metrics in Sales, Training, and Participation in marketing initiatives. The site measures and supports goals set between dealers and sales team, tracks their performance against those goals, and reports on that performance. While the site serves the dealer group through the front-end interface, the administrative interface allows hierarchical access to the sales numbers through printed reports, regional heat maps, and a “Login As” portal to the front-end dealer view. To date, our platform has rendered 3 previous company sites obsolete and counting, all while providing new regional support through our multilingual framework.

Customer Loyalty and Marketing Communication Platform

Three North was tasked with the creation of a promotional platform* to engage plumbing and HVAC contractors with relevancy and frequency. Intent on moving past their B2B distribution channel, we built the company a means of connecting the dots through distributors, contractors, all the way to consumers directly. Further, the platform provides a vehicle for on-going promotions, feedback, data collection, responsive communications, and a centralized product training and installation education center.

Social Media Integrated Consumer Promotions

A leading provider of motor oil and automotive lubricants sought to drive traffic to its retail outlets and reward their customers.  Our agency client connected its client to other brands creating a partnership program with greater perceived value to the targeted consumer.  Three North built the solution that connects each consumer who redeems the partnership offers to the retail location building a direct relationship between the consumer and the retailer. Our mobile responsive multi-lingual website* delivers partner offers directly to the consumers email inbox and rewards consumers for sharing their experience on social media channels amplifying the message to the marketplace.

Sparking Sales through Consumer Promotions

A multinational Fortune 100 manufacturer of commercial and consumer products sought to improve their sales through their installer network using a consumer promotion to generate awareness and product trial.  Three North and its agency partner crafted a multi round photo contest requiring installers to use qualified product within their photos submitted.  Judging was a combination of social media outreach, industry celebrities and product experts that resulted in a head-to-head competition at the annual industry trade show.  The social media strategy was intentional to build the social media fan base for our client.  The results far surpassed key performance goals in both sales and social media outreach.

Fantasy Sports Trade Promotion

We created a trade promotion and developed the supporting microsite* for a multinational producer of in-home comfort control products in an effort to drive awareness, engagement and adoption of their latest product line. The seasonal promotion ran in conjunction with the professional football seasons in both the US and Canada and allowed entrants to earn picks and win prizes on each week’s games by reporting sales and purchases, watching educational videos, and completing product knowledge quizzes. To achieve maximum awareness we targeted the 3 primary stake holders in the product’s sale cycle: their internal sales department, independent distribution chain, and independent HVAC contractors.
